Local Donation, Consignment, and Disposal

Picture
A common concern of my clients is "if I get rid of this, I'm worried it's just going to end up in the trash!" That's a valid concern, especially knowing you've worked hard for that item you don't need anymore, it's still useful, and someone else could have a use for it.

When a client decides to part with an item, we work to keep as much as possible out of landfills - I understand how this practice relieves our already strained environment of unnecessary burden. I make sure to dispose of old paints and other chemicals at hazardous waste facilities. Broken electronics and unwearable textiles get recycled, and metal gets scrapped. Wearable clothing and useable household goods go to local charities. If you have items of value to sell, I'll put you in touch with local businesses who can help. I'm committed to reaching out to local citizens in need and encourage donations to your charity or organization of choice.

The list continues to grow as I work with new clients and host speaking events - I'd love to learn about more options and share on the website. Please, feel free to contact me for additional suggestions!
